ATP WTA Top 100 Instagram Rankings

We thought it would be fun to take the Top 100 ATP & WTA players from the end of January 2019 and see how they would look if the rankings where based on their Instagram followers.

I didn't see any big surprises in the mens and rankings were quite similar. The women had a much bigger variance with lower ranked players such as Sharapova, Bouchard, Puig and Azarenka making a strong appearance at the top, as you would expect!

Then I combined both to see how they would match up. Serena Williams takes the overall title ahead of the strong 3 male players of Rafa, Roger and Novak.

4 men players in the Top 100 didn't have Instagram Accounts

Nike and Wilson featured most in the combined Top 10. Clothing wise Nike has a clear advantage

• 6 x Nike
• 1 Adidas
• 1 Lacoste
• 1 Uniqlo
• 1 EleVen (Venus Williams)

Racket wise Wilson takes the honours

• 4 x Wilson
• 2 x Head
• 2 x Yonex
• 2 x Babolat
