It can be strung in all manual machines and most automatic machines. If available we recommend you use the badminton kit on automatic machines but this is not necessary.
Recommended String Tension
- 13.5 KG / 30 lbs
It takes just under 5.5 metres to restring so we recommend you cut 6 metres of string.
A normal set of strings is 12 metres so you will get 2 restring from your normal set 😀
The saber has a bigger hitting area compared to the pointer, it's more comfortable on the arm and less forgiving but still difficult.
Also, it allows you to easily hit spin with your normal grip, unlike the pointer where it's harder to hit spin and you have to adjust your grip.

Yes it does. The string header card doubles up as a stencil. Do not bin it!

Just What I Needed
I noticed on videos I took of my practice sessions that I was consistently hitting the ball too high on the string bed. When I saw the Saber, I thought that would help me hit the ball on the sweet spot more often. I used the Saber for the first time this week with a ball machine and was very pleased with the result. I framed most of the first few baskets of balls, but then started hitting the center of the strings consistently. I then switched to my regular racket and noticed a significant improvement in hitting the ball in the center of the string bed.

Great Product
Arrived today, hit with the saber for 15 minutes then swapped to my normal raquent, it made a big difference, i stopped shanking my strokes and it helped me hit through the ball.
